Costume Contest Rules

2009 Comic Book I-CON

 

Entry Times:  10:00 A.M—Noon (All Categories)

Judging Times:  All entries will be judged promptly at 1:00 PM

Prizes:  All prizes will be awarded once the winner is announced

Categories

 

Newborn– 4yrs. old/ 5-9 yrs. old/ 10-18 yrs. old/ Adult Entries

 

Rules

 

1. All Entries are FREE!!!  (But you still have to pay admission to enter the convention)

2. Costumes may be homemade or store bought/rented.

3. One entry per person. (Get a friend to wear the second cool costume you made/rented)

4. One winner will be picked from each of the four categories (Assuming one entry per category)

5. Entrants will be judged on originality, overall appearance, and realism. (All subject to the judge’s opinion)

6. Must be present to enter and win.

7. All entrants agree to have their photograph taken by the ICBC and used for publicity purposes without compensation.

8. All announcements made the day of the I-CON take precedence over these rules.

9. Judge’s decisions will be final!!!
